Job Description:

As the Special Education Teacher, you will collaborate closely with families, paraprofessionals, therapists, and other educators to create a positive, structured learning environment that fosters independence and growth. You will regularly assess student progress, participate in IEP meetings, and adjust instructional strategies as needed to ensure every child is progressing toward their goals. Your classroom will be designed to offer a safe and nurturing space where children with disabilities can learn and thrive, and you will be responsible for managing student behavior and supporting overall classroom management.

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking a passionate and experienced Special Education Teacher to work with early childhood students ages 3-5 in a supportive, inclusive classroom environment. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) that cater to each child’s unique developmental and learning needs. You will use play-based learning and developmentally appropriate practices to promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth. Additionally, you will provide both individual and group instruction to help students meet their goals, adapting your approach to each child’s strengths and challenges.
