– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
– Current state license or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
– Strong clinical skills and knowledge of occupational therapy principles, techniques, and modalities.
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
– Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others improve their lives.
– Experience working with diverse populations and across various settings is preferred but not required.
