Job Description
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other educational team members to facilitate students’ academic and social-emotional growth.
- Record and track student progress meticulously, maintaining precise records and preparing detailed reports for IEP meetings and administrative needs.
- Support the implementation of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) strategies and devices for students with complex communication needs.
- Engage in professional development opportunities to continually enhance skills and stay updated with advancements in the field of speech-language pathology.
Requirements
- Must hold ASHA certification to be considered.
- Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology or a related field is required.
- Eligibility for or possession of an SLP license in Illinois is necessary.
- CFYs are welcome to apply and will receive dedicated supervision to support their professional development.
