Job Description
We’re looking for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamic team!
In this role, you will take the lead in creating individualized education plans (IEPs) and work hand-in-hand with parents, educators, and support staff to help students overcome speech and language challenges.

Role Breakdown:
- Conduct thorough assessments of students’ speech, language, and communication abilities.
- Provide therapy, either individually or in small groups, to address specific communication goals.
- Develop personalized treatment plans for a range of speech and language disorders, such as articulation, fluency, voice, and comprehension issues.
- Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with the team to set meaningful goals and design appropriate interventions for each student.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to seamlessly integrate speech and language strategies into students’ daily routines and academic plans.
Requirements
- Must hold ASHA certification.
- Eligible for or already hold an SLP license in Illinois.
- A Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology or a related field is required.
