We are seeking a dedicated and qualified School Psychologist to join our educational team for the current and next school year. As a School Psychologist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the academic, social, and emotional development of our students. Collaborating closely with educators, parents, and other professionals, you will contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Brief Overview Of Daily Tasks:
- Conduct psychological assessments to identify students’ needs and inform intervention strategies.
- Collaborate with educators and parents to develop and implement individualized support plans.
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention services to students as needed.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and develop comprehensive support plans.
- Stay updated on best practices and research in the field of school psychology.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of assessments, interventions, and consultations.
- Communicate assessment findings and intervention recommendations clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
- Support students’ transition between grade levels and educational settings.
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology or a related field.
- State certification or licensure as a School Psychologist.
- Experience working in an educational setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Commitment to maintaining professional ethics and standards.
