Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Position

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct
  functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention
  plans (BIPs).
• Provide
  direct and indirect behavioral support and consultation to students,
  teachers, and staff.
• Design
  and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and behavior plans.
• Monitor
  and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, making adjustments as
  needed.
• Train
  and supervise behavior technicians and paraprofessionals.
• Collaborate
  with parents, school staff, and other professionals to support student
  success.
• Maintain
  detailed and accurate documentation of services provided and student
  progress.

Requirements

• Master’s
  degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a
  related field.
• Board
  Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• State
  licensure (if applicable) for practicing BCBAs in Illinois.
